ISOARC 317L is a high Mo-alloyed electrode designed for welding ASTM 317L steels

Applications
ISOARC 317L is a high Mo-alloyed electrode used for welding Extra Low Carbon 19Cr, 13Ni, 4Mo type stainless steels. Corrosion resistance is higher than ASTM 317L in acid and chloride containing solutions.

Procedures
To avoid heat accumulation, use low amperage with stringer bead technique. Hold a short arc and remove the slag after each pass. Interpass temp’s to be kept to a max of 100ºC.

Redrying
Should electrodes become moist re-dry at 350° C for 1 hour
